5 Gallon Brown Keg Barrel with Vent Cap

This 5 Gallon Brown Barrel has a 2" Vent Cap that lets excess pressure escape from the barrel when your beer is inside. To inject CO2 into the barrel you will need a CO2 Injection cap.

For long term storage and for serving, you may want to buy a cap with a CO2 valve injection system. This means you can always have a head of CO2 above the beer.  This helps keep your beer fresh and prevents infection from airborne bacteria.
