Bow and stern tie-downs are a legal requirement in many Canadian provinces and a common-sense safety measure everywhere else, and having a system that's quick to rig makes it easier to do the job properly every time.

The Malone SpeedLine Pro is a ratchet-style bow and stern tie-down system built for paddlers who want a faster, more secure alternative to basic cam straps for rooftop transport. Ratchet pulleys with corrosion-resistant carabiners cinch down quickly and hold firmly at highway speeds, and the 12' x 1/4" UV-resistant poly-cord ropes provide enough length to reach anchor points on most vehicles without improvising. Four 24" grab loops create dedicated anchor points at the bow and stern of the boat, keeping the attachment clean and reducing wear on the hull.

At just 2 lb, the SpeedLine Pro is light enough to leave in your paddle kit permanently so it's always there when you need it.
